Our Privacy Commitment

Welcome to MT Hunt Ready. Your privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information obtained through our integration with Whoop, Inc. via the Whoop API.

1. What Data We Access

When you authorize MT Hunt Ready to connect to your Whoop account, we request permission to access the following data categories:

  • Recovery: Daily recovery scores, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate.
  • Sleep: Sleep performance, duration, sleep stages, and efficiency.
  • Strain: Daily cardiovascular strain and training load.
  • Workouts: Individual logged activities, including intensity and duration.
  • Cycles: Physiological cycles and training-recovery balance.
  • Profile: Basic user information (User ID) to link your account.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your Whoop physiological metrics are used strictly inside the application to power your fitness and readiness tools:

  • Calculating and personalizing your Hunt Readiness Score.
  • Automatically logging completed fitness sessions in your Cardio log.
  • Providing history tracking and performance trend reviews over time.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your fitness or physiological metrics with any third parties or advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your security is our priority. Your authorization tokens are stored securely (using industry-standard encryption protocols) to enable periodic synchronization. Any cached health metrics reside locally on your device or in a secured, private database segment specifically allocated to your account.

4. Data Control & Deletion

You maintain total control over your connected data:

  • Revoke Permissions: You can adjust specific permission toggles at any time in the app settings.
  • Complete Disconnect: Clicking "Disconnect Whoop" immediately revokes our API access, completely wipes your stored OAuth access/refresh tokens, and halts all synchronization.
  • Data Removal: You can completely clear cached integration metrics at any time by disconnecting and resetting your local/account preferences.
